Customisation Specifications:
- Customers must provide accurate and complete customisation details (e.g., text, images, design specifications).
- Any errors in the information provided by the customer are their responsibility.
Order Confirmation:
- Orders for personalised items are subject to confirmation.
- Once an order is confirmed, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Production Time:
- Personalised items typically require additional processing time compared to standard items. Estimated production times will be provided at the time of order.
- Delays may occur during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Proofs and Approvals:
- If applicable, a proof of the personalised item will be sent to the customer for approval before production begins.
- Customers must review and approve the proof promptly. Delays in approval may affect delivery times.
Returns and Exchanges:
- Personalised items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on the part of the seller.
- In the case of a defect or error, customers must contact the seller within a specified period (e.g., 7 days) with photographic evidence.
Cancellations:
- Orders for personalised items cannot be canceled once production has begun.
- In some cases, cancellations may be possible if requested before production starts but may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Payment:
- Full payment is required at the time of order placement.
- Accepted payment methods will be specified by the seller.
Shipping and Delivery:
- Estimated delivery dates will be provided at the time of order confirmation.
- The seller is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processes.
Intellectual Property:
- Customers must ensure they have the right to use any text, logos, or images provided for personalization.
- The seller reserves the right to refuse any personalization requests that infringe on intellectual property rights or are deemed inappropriate.

- Personal information provided for customization purposes will be handled in accordance with the seller’s privacy policy.
- Information will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to complete the order.
Dispute Resolution:
- Any disputes arising from the purchase of personalized items will be resolved in accordance with the seller’s dispute resolution policies.
- This may include mediation or arbitration procedures before resorting to legal action.
Governing Law:
- These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the seller is based.
